Ms. Piper is an experienced financial attorney whose practice focuses on providing strategic results driven services to her clients in all aspects of financial litigation and disputes including complex bankruptcy and restructuring cases, out of court workouts, and financial recovery cases, including foreclosures and collections. She represents receivers, trustees, debtors, lenders, and other stakeholders in navigating complex restructuring or liquidation matters. In addition, Ms. Piper is well-versed in representing parties in business disputes including partnership conflicts, contract litigation, corporate governance, and the dissolution of business entities.

Ms. Piper is committed to exceptional client service and prioritizes building strong, lasting relationships with her clients and maintaining clear and continuous communication so her clients are advised and understand the legal processes every step of the way.
