La’i ‘Opua Affordable Housing Project in Kailua-Kona

Chun Kerr is proud to have represented Kalaniana’ole Development, LLC in being selected by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) to develop the La’i ‘Opua project in Kailua-Kona.  This project, estimated to cost about $150 million, will provide affordable housing opportunities for Native Hawaiian families, including 125 homes and 400 house lots with prices aimed at 25% below comparable options.
