Chun Kerr LLP is pleased to welcome Charles F. Fasi II as Of Counsel in our Transactions practice area. Charles has practiced in Hawaii since 2015, concentrating in business and real property transactions, development, finance, and intellectual property. He graduated from Iolani, holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California, and earned his J.D. from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law.

Charles is active in the community. He has been an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and previously served as the Government Relations Chair and the Idea Exchange Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers Hawaii Executive Committee. He also volunteers with the Business Law Corps, where he advises small business on legal issues on a pro bono basis.
