Ms. Takahashi engages in a broad range of real estate transactions with a focus on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, leasing and working with non-legal professionals in land use entitlement and permitting, including compliance with ensuing conditions. She has assisted various utility companies regulated by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission in the formation of business entities, acquisitions and sales, and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals of such transactions.
