Chinese company completes sale of nearly 500 acres in Hawaii

Chun Kerr is pleased to have represented Oceanwide Resort Community HI LLC in its successful sale of nearly 500 acres of land in Kapolei to WT Laulima Holdings LLC for $95 million. The intended sale was originally announced in March 2022 and closed in December 2022.
