We are excited to announce that Joyce T. Takahashi joined Chun Kerr LLP on May 1st as our newest Transaction attorney. Joyce has been practicing law in Hawaii for over 30-years and focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, leasing and working with non-legal professionals in land use entitlement and permitting, including compliance with ensuing conditions. Additionally, she assists utility companies regulated by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission in the formation of business entities, acquisitions and sales, and obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals of such transactions.
