Dillingham Ranch Sold to the Nolan Family

Chun Kerr is pleased to have represented Kealia Properties LLC and Peter Nolan in the successful purchase of the historic Dillingham Ranch for $36.5 million in March 2023. The estate spans Oahu’s North Shore with a 2,700-acre working ranch and a nearly 19-acre oceanfront parcel.
