Chun Kerr represents seller to bring affordable housing opportunity to the City & County of Honolulu

Chun Kerr is honored to have assisted the seller in its sale of 734 & 735 Kihapai Place in Kailua, to the City and County of Honolulu. The $5 million purchase, which closed on August 31, 2023, includes the land and construction drawings for the development of a four-story affordable housing project containing 42 one- and two-bedroom units.
