Redevelopment to Begin on Varona Village

Chun Kerr is proud to be engaged on the redevelopment of Varona Village by local developer Peter Savio in partnership with Hawaii Habitat for Humanity Association. The project fulfills a promise made by the City nearly 30 years ago to the original tenants of record of Varona Village: to enable the former Oahu Sugar Company tenants of record to purchase their homes, to redevelop and build new affordable residential houses, and to provide a space for the Varona community to gather.
