Mr. Char has substantial experience in the areas of real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and development, commercial leasing, public finance, condominium hotels, and related areas. He has participated in transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development, operation, and/or sale of resort hotels, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, residential condominium projects, timeshare projects, vacant land, on-going business concerns, franchises, and residential and agricultural subdivisions, and has also advised clients on bankruptcy and environmental matters in the context of such transactions.
