Charles F. Fasi II
Of Counsel
Mr. Fasi is well-versed in real estate development, entitlement, condominiums, acquisitions and sales, financing, and commercial leasing. He has acted as lead counsel on a number of small and large real estate development projects, including affordable housing projects developed by a few of the largest affordable housing developers in the State of Hawaii. Mr. Fasi’s diligence, expertise, and solution-oriented mindset has proven to be a valuable asset in all stages of real estate development and in all manner of real estate transactions.
Mr. Fasi also has a passion for assisting businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and mom-and-pop shops, to national and international enterprises. Whether he is advising a new venture on entity structuring, capital raising or trademark issues, or shepherding an established company through an acquisition, sale or common day-to-day legal issues that may arise, his creativity, efficiency and effectiveness provide tremendous value to his clients.
