Ms. Scull is a seasoned real estate and finance attorney with experience representing developers, lenders, and equity investors in a wide variety of complex transactions across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. She has experience managing high-profile cross-border financings, private equity investments, portfolio transactions, and development joint ventures. Ms. Scull delivers value and community benefit across sectors and asset classes through her expertise in high-impact affordable housing and community development transactions and by incorporating an array of financing sources, including public and private loans and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, and New Markets Tax Credit programs at the federal and state levels.
While her experience extends internationally – including diplomatic service as a Consular Officer in Beijing and Singapore – Ms. Scull is community-minded and combines her legal expertise with a commitment to fostering local growth and development.
