Ebony S.N. Scull

Ms. Scull is a seasoned real estate and finance attorney with experience representing developers, lenders, and investors in a wide variety of complex transactions in Hawaii as well as across the continental U.S. and the Asia-Pacific region. Her practice includes real estate acquisitions and sales, resort and hospitality projects, development joint ventures, private equity transactions, and commercial leasing. She also has significant experience structuring affordable housing and community development projects using federal and state tax credits and a wide range of public and private financing sources.
Drawing on international experience, including prior diplomatic service in Beijing and Singapore, Ms. Scull brings cultural fluency, practical insight, and a community-focused perspective to every matter. She is admitted to practice in Hawaii, New York, and Massachusetts.
