Michelle K. Correia

Ms. Correia focuses her practice in the areas of complex civil, commercial, construction defect and real estate litigation and tax controversies, representing both corporate and individual plaintiffs and defendants. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation involving civil and commercial litigation disputes in state and federal proceedings, including state appellate practice. Ms. Correia has significant knowledge and expertise in litigating matters involving commercial and real estate disputes, mass torts, class actions, product liability, defamation, medical and dental malpractice, personal injury and professional liability. She is dual licensed in the federal and state courts of Hawaii and Illinois.
